CLER welcomes established academics with a strong research programme in language education research who wish to spend a period of time advancing their research and making an active contribution to the vibrant research environment of CLER's community. We welcome expressions of interest from prospective PhD researchers on any topic of our current expertise. The best way of making an inquiry is by contacting the relevant member of academic staff in the first instance to begin a conversation about your proposed idea. We respond enthusiastically to inquiries with a strong research idea which articulates a genuine need for research, demonstrates a good fit with CLER expertise and promises to make an original contribution to knowledge and/or practice.
